CUSTOM ORDERS

Products that are painted upon order or modified are considered Custom Orders. All custom orders must be prepaid in advance. There are NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.  A customer may receive a store credit but REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR CUSTOM  ORDERS.  Products that are painted upon order or modified  to fit are considered custom orders.

Any order changes to custom orders can result in completion delays and additional charges based upon the request.

No exact delivery dates can be provided for custom made or painted products. 

Custom orders can vary in the completion time due to demand, season and project. Bangastang cannot provide daily or weekly status updates regarding custom orders. We cannot provide ETA on parts that are custom made upon order. We do not guarantee orders to be delivered in time for car shows.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times are ESTIMATED times and NOT guaranteed times for completion.  Turnaround time can extend depending on season and demand.  We do not guarantee turnaround times or delivery times.

RUSH ORDERS

Bangastang will not rush order any part that needs to be painted. The painting process takes time to be done properly and all steps will be taken to insure the proper process. If a rush order is approved there will be a surcharge added to the purchase.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping is Fedex Ground to the Continential states and Fedex 3day to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico unless otherwise requested. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Shipping to small rural areas can take 4-10 days. Other shipping options include Fedex "2nd Day" and "overnight" the cost of these shipping options are paid for buy the purchaser. Bangastang.com will gladly accept international orders and ships world-wide with the cost being passed on to the purchaser. All import duties, taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Some items must ship by truck freight, due to size and weight. Shipping charges will be assessed when the order is placed.

International orders will usually ship via USPS or Fedex. For our overseas customers it is best to contact us via email for a shipping quote. Shipping charges to overseas countries vary depending on location. All taxes, duty and freight are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Bangastang. When shipping to international customers via Fedex it is required that the customer establish a Fedex account in order to be charged for shipping duties and taxes. Upon delivery of your purchase Fedex will charge your account all of the duties and taxes incurred with the purchase.

Any orders that total more than $499 will require a direct sign upon delivery by the customers. Delivery Couriers will use their discretion regarding leaving merchandise at a residence that is unattended.

All orders shipping out of the US will included a invoice and all necessary customs paper. NO merchandise will be sent as gifts.

DAMAGE DUE TO INSTALLATION

Bangastang is not responsible for any costs due to improper fitment, product preparation, or installation. Please contact us with any concerns before installing the product.  Damages incurred during installation is the responsibility of the customer.  We cannot guarantee that aftermarket part will fit with other aftermarket products. 

Always check the package to be sure installation instructions and all hardware are included (where required). If you believe something may be missing, please contact us immediately.  If you believe a part is damaged DO NOT attempt to install it or modify it, contact us immediately.

All surfaces where an adhesive is required should be prepped before attempted installation.  Read installation instructions thoroughly before installing products.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to find a certified installation shop to install any aftermarket parts.    

RETURNS

Upon delivery of your order open the package and inspect the contents. If there is an issue concerning your order please contact Bangastang.com immediately. If damage was incurred during shipping, you have a warranty claim, we made an error in shipping do not return any product without first contacting us. If there is damage to your shipment the shipping carrier must be contacted to file a damage claim. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. All returns for refunds or exchanges must be in a new, unused condition in the original box and properly packaged for us to receive in a undamaged condition. Items returned or canceled for will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No refunds for products that are custom painted upon order. Some items sold by Bangastang.com are not manufactured by Bangastang.com and require warranty issues to be addressed through the original manufacturer. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds that are issued.

In the event of a return it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the proper packaging materials for shipping. Bangastang will not supply packaging material without a charge. We suggest you keep all packaging materials until you have inspected your merchandise.  If returned merchandise is damaged due to improper packing NO credit will be issued to the customer.

Returns must be pre-approved prior to return shipment at which time a RMA number will be assigned.

CANCELED ORDERS

You have 24 hours to cancel from the time of purchase. ALL canceled orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All canceled orders must be submitted to us via email that must include the customer's full name, address, phone number and order number.

PAINT

Bangastang will do our best to match the color of your vehicle however due to fading from the sun, acid rain and other elements there is a chance that a freshly painted product will not match your car. The customer may be asked to provide us with a sample of their paint ( fuel door) to insure a proper paint match. If the customer refuses to provide us with a paint sample we cannot guarantee a paint match.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking number will be sent via the courier to your email address. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to monitor their email for tracking numbers. We suggest you check your spam folder for tracking numbers.

CUSTOMER INSTALLATION

Proper installation of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Bangastang.  Bangastang WILL NOT refund or replace
products that were damaged by customers during the installation.  In the event that installation instructions were omitted in packaging
it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us for installation instructions. 

SERVICE POLICY

Bangastang has the right to refuse service to anyone.
