Upon delivery of your order open the package and inspect the contents. If there is an issue concerning your order please contact Bangastang.com
immediately. If damage was incurred during shipping, you have a warranty claim, we made an error in shipping or you just wish to do any exchange do not return any product without first contacting us. If there is damage to your shipment the shipping carrier must be contacted to file a damage claim. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. All returns for refunds or exchanges must be in a new, unused condition in the original box and properly packaged for us to receive in a undamaged condition. Items returned or cancelled for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

No refunds for products that are custom painted upon order.

Some items sold by Bangastang.com are not manufactured by Bangastang.com and require warranty issues to be addressed through the original manufacturer. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds that are issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost in the event that a purchased product must be reshipped to the customer.

Bangastang cannot guarantee any specific date to when a product will be available to ship.
