MGP Caliper Covers are designed to fit factory brake calipers and factory wheels 17 inches in diameter or larger.
MGP Caliper Covers fit most aftermarket wheels.
Materials
MGP Caliper Covers are laser cut from 6061-T6 Aerospace aluminum, hydraulically formed to fit stock brake caliper configuration. Bridge union is TIG welded for strength. Patent Pending fastening system is manufactured from 300 series Stainless Steel and secured with a star lock washer.
Design
Computer Aided Design (CAD) lends itself to a custom form fit allowing for wheel clearance, rotor clearance and easy installation.
CNC Machining
Graphics are applied using CNC high speed machining techniques and special cutting tools.
Finish
Powder Coating final finish is used for its toughness and durability.
Finish Options
Factory Color match is available for some models. Factory paint is a extra cost option but can really make a difference in the look of a vehicle. Exact factory paint match is used including a clear coat.
Installation
Installation is approximately 10 minutes per wheel. No drilling, no grinding, no tape or adhesive (see plastic caliper covers) no paint, no cleaning, no messy prep work. All you need is a jack, lug wrench, 3/8 wrench and 1 hour of extra time.
